We gave a few design pictures as style guides, and they took as inspiration then made it 10x times better. We are truly blessed they took us on as a client and couldn't be happier with the results. *Remember while yes, it is Mexico, you get what you pay for- Alec and T is worth every penny. T is AMAZING! The energy she gave in all of our interactions was phenomenal. I did not get the opportunity to plan with her because we had to decrease our budget but she is a negotiation queen and will get you the best deals she can!

As the mom of the bride, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was more than perfect! The professionalism of your team proved to be true masters of their profession. You all worked in step with each other. The hair and makeup girls were so fun too. Our friends and family were blown away. Loved moving from ceremony to happy hour all building up to the stunning reception. I will add for your benefit that everyone was blown away by the service and food from the hotel.

Added bonus- T had the hotel painted for us. Lol. My advice for anyone getting married in Cabo:

1. Hire Alec and T. Both for coordination but also PHOTOGRAPHY. That’s your lasting memory.

Best weekend spent with family and friends all thanks to T and her team!! They helped plan every single detail. They guided us through the entire process from picking a venue to each detail for all three of our events. They gave us great suggestions and even exceeded our expectations on the decor. I'd like to give a "shout-out" to "Alec & T" without a doubt, the best Wedding Planners and Photographers in Cabo San Lucas. Planning a wedding can be tricky at best, let alone a "destination wedding". Our guests came from worldwide, Peru, Australia, Germany, America and Thailand, all not knowing what to expect.

We started with a fabulous sunset "white party" and taco bar with plenty of free flowing cocktails the night before the wedding. That was the perfect "ice-breaker" to have all of our guests mingle and get to know each other. Not to be out done, the wedding was beach side with spot on make-up and hair team to transform the bridal team from fantastic to extraordinaire prior to the bride and groom saying "I-Do". A lovely violinist played as Brandon & Ann walked down the aisle.

The wedding was held on the beach with care taken for the guests & bridal party not to walk in the sand with strategically placed walking platforms, but not to be out done the wedding reception was exceptional - flowers, food, cocktails and fabulous DJ kept the party lively and guests moving and grooving all night long. And just as the cake was cut, a fantastic fire works display highlighted the evening.

Next day all of the guests were treated to a fabulous "Boat day" of snorkeling, whale watching and plenty of dancing and drinks to continue the wedding festivities. "Alec & T" and their whole team seamlessly worked tirelessly behind the scenes to transform the wedding into a wonderful, romantic and stress free day of love, joy and merriment.

Wedding guests could be heard saying it was the best wedding they had EVER been too, and the bride and groom said it was the BEST 3 DAYS OF THEIR LIVES.

The wedding was held at The Grand Fiesta Americana and the resort was the perfect size for a carefree and fun get away. Our guests' rooms overlooked the ocean and the resort had plenty of activities to keep guests busy in-between wedding activities, including paddle board yoga, stretching classes, an assortment of delightful restaurants and bars and a lovely ocean side evening fire pit with live music to enjoy after dinner.

"Alec & T" absolutely delivered on their promise to make our wedding the best that it could be! Without hesitation I would recommend them in a heart beat. Attention to detail is second to none - I'm sure their photographers, videographers and drone captured many magic moments - proving dreams really do come true and the priceless memories captured throughout the weekend will last a lifetime.

Alex and T and there talented team at Alex and T planned and beautifully executed our wedding this Fall. They made my vision for a clean, modern, chic & intimate wedding a true reality. I hired them to plan our entire wedding (ambiance, flowers, vendor contracts, budget, etc.) and it was worth every single penny.

I didn't have to worry and spend time looking for, or negotiating with any vendors. We simply set a budget for them and went over what our "vision" for the wedding was, and there team handled it from there!

On the day of the wedding I felt completely relaxed, excited and so happy- not a worry in the world knowing Alex and T was handling everything. While I was getting ready, there team was setting everything up. I wasn't bothered with minor questions and I was able to really enjoy my time with my sisters and friends as we got ready.

Alex and T scheduled our wedding day perfectly so my husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding! We mingled with our guest during cocktail hour, we enjoyed a beautifully presented meal. After the event Alex and T's team packed up everything and made sure our belongings and gifts were safely packed up in our hotel room.

The entire event was executed so perfectly and the team was so thoughtful throughout our planning process. I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect day and it wouldn't have happened without them.
