Let's talk about options for hosting your event in Cabo San Lucas. There are many options. There are boutique hotels. There are luxury resorts. There are venues that are just a venue and, and, and some of them are restaurants. Some of them are actual event venues that don't have lodging. I'm going to go one at a time and explain the benefits of each one and and the uniqueness of each one. So I'm going to start with boutique hotels. Boutique hotels are so charming, so amazing, so unique. You if let's some of them, you can do a full buyout. I love buyouts. I'm doing 3 right now and I'm doing two other ones in in boutique hotels as well. And I always say, hey, if you got 150 people, why don't you just have them all in the same place? You own the pool, you own the restaurants, you own the beach in front. I mean, think about it. It's like having a villa wedding, but you have all the amenities of a resort. So it is the most beneficial, amazing unique option. So that is definitely option and we'll go over all the rest of them as well.
